With twenty years of experience, dedicated to understanding human behaviour and body movement, I develop programs to create lifelong results. We feel better when we move and take care of ourselves and I will help you create a plan that will work with your schedule. It is important to fulfill many areas of your life to achieve a healthy lifestyle. 

One-on-One Training

  I have holistically coached athletes, children and adults looking to get fit or stay active. I encourage clients to live a life full of vitality. Through accountability, a growth mindset and a passion for health, I will help you achieve your goals. I offer one-on-one training sessions which can be done in my home, outside or virtually, depending on your comfort level.

Grow it

Together, we will create a meaningful action plan to get the results you truly desire. By observing your current lifestyle and looking at opportunities to improve your habits, we can implement new positive habits - without having to deprive yourself of food or exercising three hours a day. I decided to work with Sofie to get my strength and fitness levels back. I was hesitant to go back to working out on my own, as a shoulder impingement was making things difficult and painful. Sofie connected me with her network of health professionals to take care of my shoulder and give her the information she required to develop a custom plan for me and my shoulder injuries. Sofie's expertise in the mechanics of the body had me working out without pain and helped me strengthen the muscles necessary to support my shoulder properly. I can now work out comfortably without experiencing pain during or after our sessions. My workouts with Sofie and on my own are 120% more effective now that she has taught me the proper movements and form for my body.

Sofie is the most enthusiastic, knowledgeable and motivating trainer I have ever met. It is rare that I write a review, much less a testimonial or endorsement about a service or experience.  I am writing this because working with Sofie Caap over the past year has been more than noteworthy and exceeded all my expectations. 

I have worked with trainers in the past, all were knowledgeable, accredited and usually wanting to work with, or have a preferred segment they gravitate to (age, high performance athletes, etc.).  Sofie has a range of clients encompassing all the above, I fall into the “later in life category” with a list of lingering past injuries.  Sofie’s knowledge and personality is motivating and encouraging.  Each session with Sofie is unique and therefor fun. I have never viewed training as “fun” before! 

Why is my experience with Sofie different than past trainers?  Sofie is a professional, this is her career.  She clearly takes pride and shares in the outcomes and successes with her clients.   I have worked with proficient trainers in the past, Sofie invests time outside of the in-person session researching and preparing for the next session making it interesting and challenging while being lighthearted.  The time and care a professional like Sofie invests in her clients behind the scenes are some of the things she does to achieve a great experience.  This level of care and professionalism exceeded my expectations.
